Defect checkout directory

First-class local worktree root for defect-repair. The worker checks out and fixes here, not in a GitHub Codespace.

Required for local repair

Create an empty directory on this machine, then paste the absolute path. Each run uses {root}/{org}/{defect_id}/{run_id}. Codespaces is not required and is not implemented.

Directory must already exist and be writable. The worker will not fall back to a temp folder.

Cloud Workspace GitHub Access

Optional repository access for cloud workspace materialization.

Local CLI login, local indexes, TODO stacks, and MCP setup do not require a GitHub token here. Defect-repair workers do not use this personal token. Bind a private GitHub App installation id on Workers.
